Congratulations to Anya and Kenneth on their wedding! It was our absolute pleasure to cater for your wedding celebrations this past weekend and to work alongside the very professional wedding coordinator, Mairead Geehan.

The venue, Ballycurrin House in County Mayo, was bathed in gorgeous sunshine for the two days. The menu for the two days was as follows:

* Welcome canapés

* Two starters: Chicken Vol-au-Vent and vegetable soup

* Main course: Roast rump, honey-basted salmon, Greek lemon and herb chicken thighs, accompanied by roast potatoes, potatoes gratin, a medley of seasonal roast vegetables, minted petit pois, sautéed portobello mushrooms, and a red wine reduction gravy

* Dessert: Wedding cake and other decadent pastries

* Late-night snacks (served at 10pm): Platters of various cheeses and biscuits, olives, nuts, grapes, chocolate, and sandwiches

Sunday morning breakfast was a sumptuous spread of:

* Various fruits & berries

* Yogurt

* Cheese slices

* Cereals

* Avocado

* Bacon and pork sausages

* Scrambled eggs and beans

* Croissants, muffins, toast, and homemade brown bread

The Sunday evening BBQ consisted of:

* Striploin steaks

* Burgers

* Chicken kebabs

* Pork bangers

* Sautéed onions

* Burger rolls

* Green salad

* Coleslaw

* Grape goddess salad

* Creamy German potato salad

We had a fabulous evening catering for Brendan Delargy’s 50th Birthday. We Spitbraaied 2 Porketta and 2 haunches of Beef and 3 Greek legs of Lamb. Thanks for all the compliments and thank you Hilary Delargy and Adain Scully for the business.

We are known for our delicious Lamb on the spit and our authentic South African Braai but if variety is what you are after than we can offer you various options of roasts, Butterflied Leg of Lamb, Haunch of Beef, Porketta and Chicken in one of the following seasonings - Lemon and herb, Garlic and Lemon, Peri Peri or Barbeque. Last weekend we catered an authentic South Africa braai for Brenda Malonehughes family and friends. We catered a lamb on the spit for the same family a couple of months ago. Loved being back with the same crowd and sincerely appreciate the repeat business.

We catered for 50 of her international and local guests in a gorgeous garden setting. We were delighted to meet such a friendly and interesting group of people.
