hey guys! Lucy here, I've just started uploading the middle earth gig photos onto a new blog, it's going to have the gigs we ran, some live reviews and photography that I've done for other people and then as time goes on I'll be using the blog as a place for album/gig reviews etc. I'll post the link when I have it looking right and then we shall go from there, middle earth might be changing but we still want to support live original music and artists.

One stormy, windy night in November we braved the elements and made it upstairs to the 5 lamps for some really good music from The Lost Brothers , cosy with friends and the candles lit their music filled our ears and left us feeling like we'd been part of something. What a year it's been for the lads.

Happy New year to our followers and here's to some more middle earth gigs in 2015! :)

Hi guys.
We have had an absolute ball since our first showcase in may. We are going to take a break and return in february.
Myself and Lucy would like to thank everyone.

Thanks to the Farrington family and Mark and Al at the 5 lamps. We have enjoyed working with you guys in 2014 the support you have given the club has been brilliant and such a breath of fresh air.

Thanks to all the musicians who have played. The music is why we are doing this and without your hours in the studio and endevour to create your music we would not be here.

And finally thanks to everyone who have come up the stairs and paid your tenner and enjoyed the music. You guys are the lifeblood of the scene and make it all happen. So double thanks to our middle earthians for diggin the vibe.
