It is with regret that I have made the decision not to continue with my Flower Business so Flowers by Frances is closed. I want to sincerely thank you all for your custom and loyalty over the years. . . It was truly a pleasure working with you. I especially appreciate your understanding and huge support over the past year and 9 months. The kindness shown to me and my family will never be forgotten.
