We're Hiring, Carrygerry Country House are currently
seeking a Junior Chef de Partie/ Chef de Partie to join
our Kitchen team. This position is a 4 day week (Thur to
Sun), full time position. Carrygerry is a country House
located between Newmarkt-on-Fegus and Shannon it has
11 bedrooms, restaurant, function room and production
of products for the Carrygerry Range. This is an exciting
opportunity for somebody who has a great passion for
food and wants to grow there career

Candidate must:
• Be able to work independently
• Communiate well with all team members
• Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes
• Maintaining healthy & safety standards
Must have own transport as not on a bus route

The Board of Directors of the community centre would like to offer their heartfelt sympathies to Frances & her family on the sad passing of Edwin who was a member of our board for the last number of years.

Edwin was a gentleman with a huge heart for wanting the best for the community. He was a very respected member with a wealth of knowledge.

He will be a huge loss to the community voluntary sector of this community.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.🙏
