UPDATE: The beginner circuit classes will be cancelled on Monday the 3rd of November and Wednesday the 5th of November due to a family bereavement. Classes will resume next week Monday the 10th of November. Thank you for your understanding.

New to fitness? Looking to build confidence and get moving? �Join our Beginner’s Circuit Class — the perfect starting point for anyone ready to improve their health in a fun, supportive setting!

Our first class is Monday the 22nd of September at 7pm!
