Such a happy, fun couple. The bride made the enquiry thinking we were Dublin based and we took the wedding because i loved the idea of bringing a bit of the countryside up to the big smoke!

How cool are city weddings?

Very chilled couple, Kenny( my husband) brought the bouquets up on the train 🚂. Where there’s a will there’s a way ❤️

**************** Garden update 👩‍🌾 ******************

The rush of the summer is starting to ease off and the days are taken on a calmer more manageable pace!
We have started to tidy down some of our outside raised beds and will add some manure and mulch for the winter months. Our dahlia tunnel is still flying it, loads of stunning autumn colour.The tunnels have proven invaluable this year with the unpredictable weather. They are also great for drying clothes over the winter months!!!🧦👖🧤👙

We have big plans for next year in terms of planting. Me and mam lost the run of ourselves…..again….buying spring bulbs!! So you can look forward to plenty of beautiful pops of colour for Spring 2025.
Plans are in place for mass planting perennials and grasses in our original raised beds which have been “rewilding” the last two years!!

Trying to streamline our wedding enquiry approach to make sure we are providing a really high level of care towards our wedding couples. We are absolutely indebted to you all, and you have given us a great opportunity to continue to grow the business.

We are living the dream, taking stock of what we already have and working hard for what else we would like 🌸 ❤️

Time to go and clean out the stove and get the sticks in for the cold snap expected for the next night or two 🔥.
Mam is on her way for a cuppa and some wedding prep ☕️, precious moments.

This was a little wedding booking we got for bridal party flowers 🌸 When I saw Elizabeth’s dress I couldn’t wait to design something to go with it. We focused on texture, greenery and neutral colour to let the dress do the talking.

Just wanted to give you a little heads up on a service we offer when we can which is just a little order for bridal flowers 🌸
This fab couple got married in the beautiful . For their wedding we designed a bridal bouquet and buttonhole.
These little orders, much appreciated, are dependent on availability and if we are already booked for an on-site wedding. We will of course we’re possible try and come up with something that works be it collecting from us here, meeting half way, night before delivery etc.
So don’t be shy, if it’s just a few bouquets and buttonholes, ask away, and we will try our best ❤️🌸

We were chatting over a few months and we changed the look around a few times! But as the date drew closer and the garden started bursting with flowers, Rebecca decided to shelf the white palette and go for lots of colour. ❤️ So off we went to the garden and picked everything in sight!

We just had to add some more pics from this gorgeous wedding .
It was so hard to leave any photos out from the stunning selection sent to us. Such beautiful moments were captured which will be enjoyed for years to come.

Is this even work??? Nope it’s not actually. The growing side of flowers can be testing at times but the creative side, well that’s all just pleasure ❤️

What a glorious day to get married outside with all your friends and family. Then off to the gorgeous festival tent to party the night away ❤️

For the bridal bouquet we used:

I have always loved getting post since I was young. I remember having pen pals and writing postcards/letters home anytime I went away.
Opened the letter box this morning to this beautiful thank you card from Alannah & Michael. We are so grateful to get cards like this and it makes the long winters and late night gardening worth every minute.
We are often chatting at home about the business and making plans for the future and sometimes that can all seem a little daunting. But then it comes back to the simple thing which is we love doing what we do and we love making people happy. And getting little cards like this just gives us an extra push to keep improving and keep pushing forward.
We are so grateful for all the support and encouragement and kindness we have received since setting up the business.
