After an incredibly successful trip to Germany, Jack and Scott headed to The Big Apple to represent Horizons by TPG at SMU Northstar at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. The event was action-packed, with close to 50 meetings with planners from all over the US and Canada, followed by more client meetings across Long Island, Connecticut, and New York. It was a week filled with back-to-back meetings, evening receptions, and productive discussions—exhausting, but totally worth it. Scott's take on the event: “It was absolutely magic! Buyers were really engaged, and there was great energy in the room. Along with the fast-paced appointments, we had plenty of chances to network and share ideas with other industry experts. One of the real gems was Inis Oirr, an enchanting little island off the coast of Galway, with its cosy pubs and warm-hearted locals. The journey then moved to Galway, where they enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the lively cobbled streets and indulged in an exceptional dining experience at the Pullman restaurant. The following day offered a gastronomic exploration of Irish cuisine on a curated food tour, followed by an exciting session of Gaelic Games that provided an authentic taste of Irish culture. The adventure concluded with a hands-on experience at Tribe Gin School, where participants mastered the art of gin-making.
