Inner Creativity Day Retreat💫

📅 Sun 1st September 2024
⏰10am to 4pm
📍Natural Events, Dunmanway area, West Cork.

Hosted by Naz @ Drifting knots and Linda @ Linda_casey_yoga.

They are beyond excited to invite you to their first retreat together. Held in the beautiful natural surroundings of Natural Events

A creative journey to self where you will explore different spiritual and mindfulness practices to boost your creative mind.

You will practice a variety of:

- Pranayama (breathwork) techniques.
- Experiece a Cacao Workshop with Borneo cacao and beautiful manuals designed by them for you to bring home.
- Followed by a gentle yoga flow.
- Will share a picnic lunch with vegetarian food (included).
- Will be guided through a mindful Macramé workshop to make a yoga mat strap.
- And will finish the day with Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

There are limited places available for this event. So book early to avoid disappointment.

We will be spending the next two year clearing, planting & landscaping our 12 acres of rolling fields and native woodland into a series of unique interactive spaces in the heart of West Cork.
