The Haven Hotel is truly unique. Set in stunning surroundings in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of Dunmore East, in the Sunny South East, it has been owned and managed by the Kelly family for more than 50 years. The hotel was extensively renovated and refurbished in 2016, but the original features, quirkiness and charm remain. We pride ourselves on serving delicious food specialising i

n Roast Rib of Prime Irish Beef and locally caught seafood. Food is served all day, every day. The Haven started life as a private home and the 18 bedrooms are different sizes to accommodate families and couples alike. Many of the rooms have stunning sea views, one is wheelchair accessible. Children are especially welcome. We specialise in bespoke weddings. We look forward to welcoming you.

Big,big thank you to all that visited and supported the Sunday Craft Market at The Haven 2024! We really,really appreciate all of you🙏
And also the biggest thank you to all our wonderful creative traders,they work tirelessly every week to showcase all their amazing wares❤️
Our market is high end handmade craft,which is our ethos along with support local,in a world full of cheap commercial trade we are proud to go against the grain and produce things quirky and unique and made to last🙌
Lastly a big thank you to The Haven Hotel Dunmore East and Paul Kelly for supporting us from day one,we are very grateful to have one of the most picturesque sites in Dunmore east to trade,
Today was our season finale but weather permitting we will have an encore next Sunday,albeit a smaller market,can’t wait to see you all again 😁🙏

Our Story

The Haven Hotel is truly unique! Set in stunning surroundings in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of Dunmore East, we like to think we have something for everyone, with all the comforts of home.

We pride ourselves on serving delicious food and celebrate Irish produce. We specialise in Roast Rib of Prime Irish Beef and locally caught seafood. Food is served from 10.30am with last orders at 8pm.

Join us for live music events, Family Fun Sundays on the lawns throughout the summer, or just sit back, relax and enjoy our breathtaking views.

Children are especially welcome. Relax with a coffee or a drink while they play on the lawns or in our playground. Inside we have free wifi throughout the hotel.
