How We Got Here

Before we lived in RBS, we lived in NY and we really enjoyed eating at different types of restaurants. After moving to Israel and eating our way through the Mediterranean menus of most mehadrin establishments we could find, we decided it was time to get serious in the kitchen and start recreating some of the things we liked from back home - l’kavod shabbat! After much research and many trials, failures, and successes later.....we have developed some tried and true faves made from fresh, good quality, mehadrin ingredients.
