בישראל מכירים את הגרסה המתוקה שלו - פאי תפוחים, תותים וכו׳, אבל ברחבי הגלובוס נפוצה ואהובה לא פחות היא הגרסה המלוחה של הפאי. לפני כשנה, במהלך טיול ירח דבש באוסטרליה וניו זילנד, נכחתי לגלות את הגרסה השניה של המאפה. כחובב אוכל מושבע וטבח מקצועי, נכנסתי למטבחים רבים במהלך הטיול כדי ללמוד את כל שניתן על המאפה המיוחד הזה. פגשתי אנשים מיוחדים, עם סיפורים משונים ונוסטלגיים על מתכונים משפחתיים ובעיקר, למד

הנה אני מגיש לכם את גרסתי לפאי, שיש בו קורטיב ממני, התאמות ארצישראליות והרבה אהבה. תוכלו לקחת אתכם הביתה או לאכול במקום ולשמוע סיפורים מרתקים, כך או כך, מובטחת לכם חוויה קולינרית ותרבותית.

הפאי חזר ובגדול. החל מיום שישי הקרוב 12.9 ברעננה. אחוזה 92 רעננה. גם אוכל לשבת, רוסטביף, סטייקים מיוחדים ועוד. נפגש מחר!
