Today meet .brandt
Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Larry immigrated to Israel when he was 18 years old, with no more than a suitcase of clothes and a violin. He pursued his Bachelors and Masters degree in violin performance at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music at Tel-Aviv University, and it was while he had the privilege of playing the violin around the world with some of the worldโs most famous musicians, then he discovered his passion for photography and bought his first DSLR camera.
As he toured some of the most beautiful and picturesque cities in the world, Larry studied and worked on his photography skills with the same intensity that he had mastered violin, spending many hours studying and practising the art and developing his visual language. This way, he could relive the breathtaking views and experiences and share them with others.
Larryโs goal is to create imagery which is "symphonic" in its visual breadth: Cinematic lighting, perfect composition and precise timing. He guides people to look their best for formal photos and he knows when to make himself invisible to capture authentic candid moments.
