Karaoke Jerusalem is looking for an office manager!

The hours are from 12 pm to 7pm Sunday-Thursday.

As the office manager, you will be in charge of running the office, taking phone calls, answering messages, scheduling parties, showing people around the space, and occasionally running day parties. You will be in direct contact with the owners on trying to find different ways to help the business and office grow. In addition, you will be overseeing the night employees.

Requirements:

- Good people skills: You will be in direct contact with customers and they will get to know you.
- Highly organized: There are constantly changes made in the calendar, around the office and the space, that you continuously have to be on top of.
- Speaks both Hebrew and English fluently
- Technically adept (Advantage)
- Experience in social media (Advantage)
