WHAT’S IN A NAME? SoomSoom means ‘sesame’
in Hebrew, an essential component
of Middle Eastern
cuisine. Sesame seeds add a
nutty taste and delicate
crunch to many dishes. They
are also the main ingredients
in tahini a sauce we use on
many of our dishes at SoomSoom Fresh
Sesame seeds also
offer many health benefits
and are an important
sources of phyto-nutrients,
vitamins, and dietary fiber.
