Who would’ve thought a humble bao bun could hold itself like royalty on a plate? Neatly folded, patiently steamed, and then placed with such precision it looked less like food, more like a moment of stillness. As if it knew it had arrived.

Sitaphal chenna payas, served chilled in small mitti bowls soft, fresh, and quietly grounded. Each kullad held just enough: fruit-laced milk, tender chenna, and a sprinkle of crushed nuts to finish. No fuss. Just balance.
