Be it the travel itinerary of 400 guests, the contracts with hotels or artists or vendors, the smallest of requirement of the host or their guests this soft spoken girl manages rather excels and executes with panache. Her passion towards her work, her razor sharp memory and her radiant smile glides the team thru the gruelling hours in the pursuit of excellence.
This dog lover has a soft spot towards any and all kinds of veg cuisines.

Meet Chhayaben-the ever smiling fall back on pillar of n’chant...
She gives ‘Thai jashe’ (it’ll be done) a whole new meaning. There’s a lot of handcrafted curation in most bespoke events. This is generally a last minute requirement or a job that goes into late nights. It’s simply a delight watching Chhayaben motivate, guide and supervise her team on getting the job done. Even though she’d be telling them stories while they meticulously follow her instructions nothing escapes her watchful eye. Her eye for detail and her flair for providing creative solutions even at grassroots level is what brings wonder to the guests later on.
A never say never attitude with that reassuring smile is what helps us sail through.

We have all collectively and individually discussed the major issue that our Wedding Industry faces because of the very limited dates (Saya) that are available for the solemnization of the ceremonies.

The pain points of this have now started attacking us even more because of the various negative impacts of COVID19.

Mehendi Function

The core significance of applying Mehndi is to utilize its natural medicinal herbal remedies, cooling the body and relieving the Bride of any stress before her big day.

It's considered a shagun & a very women centric ,close knit function.

The mood of the Mehendi ceremony is colourful, vibrant,musical , celebratory & lively .

In this Function flowers we suggest can be traditional as well as exotic like bunch of hydrangea, peonies,Dutch roses, orchids with Creepers of Ivy & Supari.

The ambiance can be created by using vibrant shades of peach ,pink,yellow, turquoise & green drapes .

The feel can be completed by incorporating Earthen pots,blue pottery, terracotta murals, hand-painted props all around to give it a very Indo Bohemian feel.

Haldi/Peethi ceremony

In our Indian culture, haldi or turmeric holds a special place of honour. It is known for its anti-inflammatory and other healing properties. And, one area where it holds the most important place is when it comes to Indian traditions.
In Indian weddings, this amazing ingredient has an entire ceremony to its name. You guessed it right! We are referring to the vibrant haldi ceremony.

The mood of this ceremony is very upbeat & interactive.

Being a highly traditional function the ambiance can be created with palette of yellows & Vermillion with touch of pink.

Backdrops ,Teepees,low seating with open center space goes very comfortably with this full of fun day.

Gruh Shanti & Ganpati Sthapan..

In Hindu verbatim, the phrase ‘Shri Ganesh’ signifies the start of something, especially the start of something good and positive. Many Hindu rituals & Wedding ceremonies starts with worshipping Lord Ganesha & Gruh Shanti pooja at home.

Colour palette in this is mostly traditional flowers like Bengal tuberose,Marigold, Indian Desi Gulab & Indian warm shades of Haldi yellow, Rose reds,Leaf greens for over all ambiance.

The feel of this can be completed by some Big Diyas,Brass urlis,Brass bells and Handloom drapes around the house.

𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐆𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐡: 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 & 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 - 𝐍'𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭

I feel like the father of a teenager. N'chant, my baby is 15 years old. Watching it grow made me calmer, wiser and a whole lot happier as a person.

From taking it's baby steps into the magical world of weddings to becoming the epitome in the celebration of life and happiness, the journey has been satisfying, fulfilling and like any parent, inclusive of many sleepless nights.

Today, I as the person may have grown, but the fervour to dream won't let me be. So, I decided to bring a very tiny part of my dream to write, alive. My personal blog finally sees the light of the day.

"We have no time to stand and stare" said William Henry Davies. Guess he didn't face a lock down. With Ella Fitzgerald playing in the background and a glass of single malt as company, many an evening took me down memory lane, frame by frame.

With N'chant, I've had the pleasure of meeting many families, watching them closely and this has helped me traverse from being a creative director to a psychological guardian to a spectator witnessing the delicate weaving of emotions and vulnerable beauty of love in relationships.

I have taken the comfort of baring my thoughts on relationships, people, life, and of course marriages with 100% honesty and 200% care in my series of blogs. Hoping, that it will help nurture my reader's world-view in some way.
