The Ramones played their first ever show 50 years ago today at CBGB and the world was never the same. Just over 10 years ago I bought the global IP of CBGB along with all of the contents of the original club. We gave out a few awards to remember the legends who built the scene and we had a few concerts just for fun. My goal was to stop more bad movies and more horrible airport bars from using the name. The NETFLIX Movie with Pete Davison is slowly moving forward once again and will eventually finish production. I made some great people along the way. Thanks everyone!

The Golden Age for Super Bowl commercials was 2010. That year I renamed Madison Ave to Doritos Dr for Pepsi Co CEO, Indra Nooyi. She had the idea to award up to $5 million to regular people who could create sidesplitting ads from their home. My team ran the press production while her vision entertained America to build brand loyalty. Let's to that again. Most of last night's ads were nothing worth remembering.

The Insider with Lara Spencer and Pat O'Brien quickly made it their full time broadcast home thus allowing my mom to stop loosing sleep over my questionable career decision. RIP Seymour Stein: This legend, and friend, started his own label then discovered & signed Ramones, Madonna, Depeche Mode, Talking Heads, and countless other brilliant artists. Ice-T shared with me once that "when no one liked rap and everyone thought I was a thug; Seymour told me that I was fu***ng Shakespeare. That changed my life.

The last time I was with Seymour, we had a quiet lunch together at Estiatorio Milos on W 55th. The world may not know the legend they just lost.

We were happy to produce the re-launch of the iconic Fifth Avenue Snowflake. Adorned with 18,000 crystals; it shines brightly at the most famous intersection in the world at in 57th and Fifth. It has been featured in countless movies and TV shows for 40 years. It is my favorite symbol of Christmas in New York.

LA State HistoricPark is one of our favorite venues. Can't believe this was almost 3 years ago.

We'll be back on May 13th for an outdoor screening of JurassicPark with an even larger screen with over 3x times the projector power as back then!
