When a mother plans a surprise for her daughter ...it has to be special..she wanted to give a huge surprise to her daughter as she was turning 10. ..We made sure that we deliver what she had thought.......

We were glad that it was more than that what she thought..and the surprise was a big WOW

Quite challenging when mommy wants carnival and elder brother wants cars for his little one who turns ONE..Lots of brainstorming..lots of discussion..lots of expectations client had.
And ....finally we pulled it off and it was such a pleasure to see client so happy..surprised when she entered the venue..she and her family were very very happy with the setup..

For the first birthday celebrations,parents are over the hill with their expectations and Excitement.
Interacting with them from day 1 makes us nervous and at the same time more resolute to deliver.
We customised everything as per their expectations...Decor( Balloons..cake table,backdrop....) Activities..cake..

Such was the praise and appreciation that we got introduced to every guest and team received lots of compliments

Elder Sister's surprise baby shower party for her younger one....Manasi was very clear what she wanted ..so it was easy for us to deliver...but once she saw the complete setup she was very happy...and complimented..its much more than she imagined....

And we were very happy to receive the compliment...

Client wanted something different for cake table...after lot of brainstorming...designed a Football ground for a football lover..

and compliment from bday boy...its awesome and do different...

We did Flowers & Butterfly garden for Little Shravika.

Decor,activities were arranged and all the guest had a blossom of a time.

Yes ..the theme this time -"Arty -Party"
Seems simple but engaging children and making them enjoy is a big task.
The host trusted us from day 1 and we kept or fingers crossed.
Buy the end of the day, the birthday girl was delighted and so was team crayons.
We arranged the decor,food,tattoo and activities.

The client wanted something out of the world...something very glitzy..'something different'
After so many discussions on 'hat-ke-set up' we delivered better than visualized .
We arranged the Decor,Magic show,Pottery,Tattoo,Photography.

As the client reached the venue,she said 'This is so beautiful and exactly the way I had imagined'.

Wow!! Team Crayons felt delighted.

Dinosaurs are massive and so was the client's expectations when it came to setting up the Dino theme for a Little Dino Fan.
It was a house party..we tried to deliver something new and different ..we arranged the decor,puppet show and return favors.
