NOTE: 1. NO feeding zone in the last 11 km of the race or beyond Nandi T-Junction. 2. NO Car support is allowed on the Nandi Hill Climb. 3. DO NOT block or interfere with racers. 4. Please follow all race rules!

1. Reporting Time & Start Time
Reporting time is 50 Mins from your Start Time.
We have close to 145 riders in this race. Kindly come early so that we can distribute all the BIBs on time and start the race as per start times below.
In the last race, few riders started late due to not being ready near the startline. Please do not miss the startline. WE START ON TIME!

There is ample parking available in the Nitesh Layout - Opp. to Nandi Upachar (follow the above Google Map). Be careful with your cycle roof rack while entering the layout!
NO PARKING AT NANDI UPACHAR. Parking is at owners’ risk. We will not be responsible for any mishap.

3. Start Point All Categories Race Start Point: After 100mtr of the Race Venue

Note: 102km and 51km distances as per car odometer/google map. It may vary a little bit as per cyclo-comp (GPS Device) or Garmin.

4. BIB Collection Time / Registration Desk: Registration desk is near the assembly point. BIBs will be issued between 6:10 AM to 8:20 AM

5. BIBs on the front handlebar: Kindly attach the BIB to the handlebar so that it should be clearly visible from the front. If BIBs are not rightly placed and visible, the timing team may have issues in capturing your details.

6. Cut-off time We have the following cut-off times for categories. Racers reporting after cut-off time will not be timed. All Race categories Cut-Off Time : 11:05 AM

8. *Return BIB and Breakfast. *Mandatory for all - DO NOT MISS Return your BIB. Very important, collect your Breakfast. No exceptions. Please DO NOT forget to return the bib under any circumstances!

9. Nutrition/Water Stations

Water and refreshments will be available at the Start point, U-turns, and at the Finish point.



10. Safety

Riding safety is of utmost importance to us. We have designated volunteers at the u-turn. Riders are instructed to strictly follow the cycle racing etiquette (like riding a straight line, controlling your speed, anticipating possible problems and watching the road ahead of you and be alert for activity in your peripheral vision etc)

No helmet, No race. Proper cycling Helmets are mandatory. You are more than welcome to sport additional safety gear as required.

Here comes most awaiting BBCh Nandi Epic Road race, THE EPIC ROAD RACE of the the Country.

BBCh Nandi Epic Road Race will now take place on Friday! Due to the heavy traffic on weekends and suggestions from official departments, we've decided to move the event to Friday. This change allows us to secure the necessary permissions and ensures a smoother and safer race experience for all participants, with significantly less traffic while climbing Nandi Hill.
