Psychodrama is a form of group therapy, whereby which individuals express situations of their past with one another. Over the past few days, The Rooftop at Bose Compound was honoured to host yet another fantastic psychodrama workshop with Dr. Jocken Becker-Ebel from Germany. Thank you all for creating a magnetic energy at the compound and we look forward to seeing you again in February 2019!

We're thrilled to have Amrita Vellat host her poetry workshop tomorrow evening! She's has been writing poetry for over 10 years now, and has been taking part in spoken word poetry for a couple of years.

In Feb-March 2017, she took part in a workshop called Louder Than Words that was run by Airplane Poetry Movement [that dealt with de-stigmatising mental health issues through spoken word poetry], at the end of which Amrita, along with her workshop batch, performed poetry that described our relationship with mental health.

Johanna Rodrigues will have the first slot tomorrow afternoon at the Soft Opening event. She's been practicing Sivananda yoga for almost a decade now.

Yoga is the foundation that lead her to pursue a formal training in contemporary as well as to be a professional breakdancer. She has built her strength, flexibility and body awareness immensely over the past few years.
