Decathlon Sports India Ownership Meet

1500+ attendees pan India we part of this meet which was a launch of an employee benefit program in India.

We handled the launch event in India which includes visual designing, stage, branding, technical planning & ex*****on, event documentation & live streaming across the globe to various Decathlon offices, entertainment, catering, and venue management.

We planned and executed Family Day for all at L&W construction. There were interactive and educational workshops conducted for the children whereas for the families there were different activities and a variety of performances ranging from Music, Dance, Illusion acts to Community Drum Jam Sessions.

We were extremely honoured and privileged to plan and execute this event which saw esteemed names for The Akshaya Patra Foundation commemoration of 2 Billion Meals Milestone.

The guests of honor were the then President of India, Shri. Pranab Mukherjee, Shri. Prakash Javadekar, Shri. Murli Manohar Joshi, Shri. Siddaramaiah, Smt. Sudha Murthy along with various other dignitaries.

An outreach event organized for The Akshaya Patra Foundation in 2019, saw more than 400 bikers riding within Mumbai & Thane promoting the Foundation. Waiting at the finishing point was celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, Guest of Honour who interacted with the bikers and concluded the event.
We were involved in route planning, obtaining required licenses to the onboarding of biking clubs & the smooth ex*****on of the entire event.

We planned Locus’ first international offsite at the spectacular Shangri-la’s Hambantota Golf Resort & Spa in Sri Lanka.
More than 250 employees travelled to this location and we were honoured to plan everything from budgeting to logistics for the travel, entertainment & excursion curation, arrangements for all the necessities for the business meets to be held for the 3 days there.
