Corporates look at Training and Development as a tool for increasing the productivity and efficiency of employees. The learning and developmental opportunities in any organization act as major retention tools as well. Value Lanes believes in the adage:
"People forget what they see and hear; but never forget what they do." This is the binding philosophy of Outbound Learning (OBL) at Value Lanes.
Requirement Understanding: The first phase in our design methodology is to understand Client requirements deep enough for the team to design the activities, games, experiences and learning tools. Value Lanes' learning specialists work with Clients, to understand the back home processes and learning needs, the current issues and challenges faced and the potential solutions. Based on this programs are submitted for charting, reviewing and approval. Activity Designing: During this phase, Value Lanes maps Clients needs to various structured and non structured learning tools and arrive at the desired outcome for the training program. This activity design is submitted to Clients and approval sought. Further changes required are incorporated and agreed upon design finalized. Conducting The Program:All programs, unless otherwise designed, start with icebreakers to bring the team together. Experienced facilitators conduct the program. At the end of each activity, a qualified facilitator processes the experiences and culls out desired behavioral changes that map to the back home processes identified during the program design stage.
