Zone by the Park's abysmal service and overall disappointing experience were so far from what one would expect from a five-star establishment that it wouldn't even deserve a 0.5-star rating. The lackluster service, disinterested staff, and subpar dining experience left me feeling like this hotel should reevaluate its entire approach to hospitality. It's a stark reminder that a fancy name and exterior can't compensate for a complete disregard for guest satisfaction. If I had the option, I would rate it lower than 0.5 stars in a heartbeat.
