Kishan Maharaj 100th Birth Centenary Celebration "Swaranjali" was inaugurated by Chief Guest Minister Dayashankar Mishra "Dayalu" and Pandit Kishan Maharaj Foundation Secretary Anjali Mishra, President Ashok Aggarwal, Vice President Rajesh Jain and Uday Rao by lighting the lamp!* *The impressive presentation of famous ghazal/bhajan singer Padmashree Ahmed Hussain/Mohammed Hussain in "Swaranjali" organized under the banner of Pandit Kishan Maharaj Foundation enthralled the audience.

महाआयोजन के प्रथम निशा का संक्षिप्त विवरण:

बनारस घराना के नाद ब्रह्म के उपासक विश्वविख्यात तबला सम्राट पद्म विभूषण पण्डित किशन महाराज के जन्म शताब्दी वर्ष के समापन पर "पंडित किशन महाराज फाउंडेशन" द्वारा दो दिवसीय संगीत-महोत्सव स्वरांजलि की प्रथम संध्या का शुभारम्भ कबीरचौरा स्थित सरोजा पैलेस के भव्य सभागार में हुआ।
महोत्सव की प्रथम प्रस्तुति काशी के प्रख्यात शास्त्रीय गायक पंडित देवाशीष दे के साथ डॉ रागिनी सरना, अक्षय प्रताप, प्रियांशु, डालिया सहित शिल्पायन के 21 कलाकारों ने गायन प्रस्तुत किया। सभी ने समवेत स्वरों में राग यमन की मनोहारी प्रस्तुति दी। पहली रचना मध्य विलंबित रूपक ताल में निबद्ध थी जिसके बोल "मन मन्दिर दीप जलाओ" तथा तदुपरांत पं किशन महाराज के नाम से युक्त एक स्वरचित रचना नामाक्षरवर्णादि प्रबंध (चतुरंग) जिसके बोल "किड़नक तक् क्ड़ान"। अंत में कजरी से कार्यक्रम का समापन किया। आपके साथ तबले पर पं० किशोर मिश्रा जी तथा हारमोनियम पर श्री हर्षित उपाध्याय ने सुमधुर संगति प्रदान की।
दूसरी प्रस्तुति में काशी के सुप्रसिद्ध कत्थक- नर्तक जोड़ी श्री सौरव मिश्र व गौरव मिश्र ने अपने सहयोगियों के साथ मनमोहक नृत्य के माध्यम से लोगों को प्रभावित किया।
इसके बाद आज की अंतिम प्रस्तुति में विश्वविख्यात भजन सम्राट पद्मश्री अनूप जलोटा ने अपने शानदार भजनों के माध्यम से लोगों को मंत्रमुग्ध किया।
स्वरांजलि कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ पूज्य महेश चैतन्य ब्रम्हचारी जी महाराज, पद्मश्री अनूप जलोटा, पुलिस आयुक्त अशोक मुथा जैन, श्री चामुंडा स्वामी द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित व पद्मविभूषण पंडित किशन महाराज के चित्र पर माल्यार्पण कर किया गया l पद्मश्री अनूप जलोटा ने महोत्सव को अपने घर का बताते हुए महाराजजी के प्रति अगाध श्रद्धा भाव प्रदर्शित करते हुए शुरू से ही दर्शक/श्रोता दीर्घा में मौजूद रहे।
कार्यक्रम का कुशल मंच संचालन सौरभ चक्रवर्ती द्वारा हुआ। मुख्य व विशिष्ट अतिथियों तथा कलाकारों को तथा फाउंडेशन का सहयोग करने वाली संस्थाओ के प्रमुखों सर्वश्री सदगुरु उदय सिंह जी नामधारी के प्रतिनिधि श्री सुखदेव सिंह - गुणवंत सिंह, आकाश गुप्ता, अविनाश चंद्रा, को विवेक सिंह, दिग्विजय सिंह को अध्यक्ष अशोक जी अग्रवाल, उपाध्यक्षद्वय राजेश जैन, उदय राव, सचिव अंजलि मिश्रा द्वारा पुष्पगुच्छ,अंगवस्त्रम एवम् मोमेंटो अवॉर्ड से सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम के अंत मे संस्था की सचिव श्रीमती अंजलि मिश्रा द्वारा कलाकारों व समस्त अतिथियों के प्रति धन्यवाद व आभार ज्ञापित किया गया l इस भव्य आयोजन में पण्डित किशन महाराज फाउंडेशन के समस्त पदाधिकारियों सहित नगर के गणमान्य संगीत रसिकों की भारी उपस्थिति रही।
