Event details and itinerary

The Mud Hogs Off-road Club was formed with intention to promote and organise various off-road events.

Sakleshpur Byramudi off beat drive is being held in a private property around Sakleshpur.

The event dates are on the 1st and 2ndof October 2016.

The first day consists of a drive through extreme natural terrain which includes stream crossings and steep inclines with lots of slush and scenic views.

The second day consists of a man made competitive track which will test the capability of the vehicle and driver. Vehicles will have 3 categories open petrol and diesel.

07: 00 AM - Event HQ opens, Breakfast
08:30 AM - Flag off

12:30 PM - Lunch served gathering point
01:00 PM - Post lunch entry to Stage
05:30 PM - End of adventure drive
08:30 PM - Dinner

Sunday 2nd October

07:30 AM - Event HQ open, Breakfast 08:30 AM - Flag off
12:30 PM - Lunch
01:30 PM - Post lunch Entry to stage 05:30 PM - End of competitive event 05:45 PM - Prize distribution

Important points:

Kindly confirm your Entry as soon as possible as we have a cap of 50 vehicles after which entries will not be entertained.

No spot entries.
Since the event dates fall on a weekend getting a place to stay will be difficult,kindly reserve your stay in advance.
Please carry adequate off road recovery gear such as tow rope, winches, hooks etc.

Ensure your vehicle is in top running condition and a working four wheel drive.
Snorkel and mud terrain tyres are mandatory.
Event will be conducted in heavy rain and forest terrain with leeches, please carry adequate gear.
