To match the silver and white theme of the 25th Wedding Anniversary Celebrations we had bite sized mini cup cakes with vanilla frosting. Yummm was the word and the guests loved it to the last bite.

Ammini kozhukkattai is a hit when served as part of evening snacks and starters. It is also used to substitute vegetables in Paruppusili and there we have the Ammini Kozhukattai paruppusili!
