The East face of , we all know how magnificent it looks, ever since it was opened every client wants to have the varmala in the grand staircase or keep them as a backdrop for the reception, the sheer size and scale of it makes it too large for us to fit into both these.

We have browsed a number of videos at Kaldan, it either had the varmala or the reception, the challenge here was to have a grand reception and a grand varmala , both together to give a terrific experience to the guest. Whatever said and done, the mastermind behind the setup is the Groom Krtan and Bride Della themselves.

We remember trying to change the layout a bit as we always felt the reception might not hold grand as the varmala would require the stage to be open so the guests could enjoy the entries.

We built a ramp with concentric arches and a contemporary arc for the stage, the varmala had similar arch wich was approx 30 feet high from the ground, we wanted to take it as close as the Taj Mahal and also adding a dash of the spiral staircase to add an extra bit of premiumness for the stage itself. Overall it turned out to be a fairytale Bollywood Reception.

Making of the Magnificent Masterpiece, The Victorian Backdrop!

Been a little while since we went back to our own Victorian Secrets, off late we wandered off from the mighty Victorian sets and Neoclassical architecture. Little that we knew that we would be doing one this year, it's like the first blood all over again , feeling all new to develop more Neoclassical designs this year and next. There was always two parts to decor, one is doing up the stage on all the sides, including the top bottom sides, and the other is, doing up the hall top to side and bottom, But this one don't need nothing , just plain raw backdrop is good enough to make your jaw to drop. The detailing quotation was to the point, we did not want to go the usual way and stuff up the flowers, it makes no sense in additing the flowers just because it is a wedding setup, sometimes we need to limit extras so the detailing shows up. Wallpapers, Stained glass, Acrylics, Paints, and so much more you would find in this masterpiece, it took us 12 hours to install the base and it took us over 8 hours to finish up the detailing, isn't that a big deal? One might wonder how come such small timelines, but in weddings sometimes we get less than 8 hours for such setups, we still go for it. Practice, Practice, Practice. We shall let you enjoy this now.
