The Mandal worked relentlessly for the propagation and encouragement of various genres of music along with Classical, Sugam, Natyasangeet, semi-classical Indian dance forms through various performances and concerts organised in PCMC and Pune area. Mandal also organises a Monthly Mu

sic Sabha for promoting aspiring artists of new generation at Ram Mandir, Chinchwadgaon through its Music training institution -Tansen Sangeet Vidhyalaya. Along with classical music Tansen have adapted with the changing times by introducing light music, western instrumentation like synthesizer, guitar are being taught. Kalopasak Mandal aims to prepare the new generation ready for music , both performances and aesthetic understanding.
