Fraud Played by Berger Paints with our Director

It has now been over two weeks since I posted my grievance here.

Subsequently, we did receive a message requesting additional details. We immediately shared the required information, which prompted a visit from one Mr. Prashanth Saini for an inspection of the shoddy work done.

However, post his visit our attempts to reach Mr. Saini have gone unanswered, and no action has been taken by Berger Paints India to rectify the situation. This inaction has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with what appears to be clearly fraudulent conduct on the part of Berger Paints.

I had also sent an email to [email protected] on 11th October 2023, for which there has been no response.
I will be compelled to approach National Consumer Helpline if the issue is not addressed immediately.
