MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM KITCHEN LYRUS.
Yesterday was busy doing prep for Christmas food.
There was alot in the menu however the showstopper was PRAWN PASTA IN BUTTER GARLIC SAUCE.
Pasta is the best guilty pleasure.
PASTA WITH MELTED CHEESE IS ONE THING I COULD EAT OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
It is fettuccine prawn pasta with lemon and butter garlic sauce , mixed with fresh herbs ( rosemary, thyme and parsley).
It was divine..........

KITCHEN LYRUS stall in Diwali mela.
Where we kept our passion. Passion for food, passion to cook, passion to feed people a food cooked by ourselves. Isha Wason and myself put all about hardwork and passion and created chaap korma which turned out great success.
We kept only two dishes
Chaap korma with rumali roti and
Chaap lollypop.
People liked it so much and we got 100% appreciation, trust me , I am not boasting about us.
