Enjoyed every bit of putting this up for the loving family, ever so gracious n courteous. The praise from the family and friends got us so high that we didn’t realise putting up 36 sleepless human hours to the event

4 days of insane celebrations and a gastronomical ride of various cusines and palates.
When Bharat suggested covering up his terrace in this scorching heat for the daily meals and small wedding ceremonies to be commenced, I was a little apprehensive as was not sure if the air conditioning will work efficiently, but Bharat’s experience was true, boy we were surprised how comfortable the environment was for all the guests. Not once did we feel the heatwave hitting the city.
We almost had a mini kitchen housed here for 5 days serving all meals from Breakfast, Lunch, Hi Tea, Dinner in loop. Serving varied Cusine’s South Indian, Marwari, Gujrati, Mughlai, Punjabi, Italian, Oriental.
It was a lil taxing in the heat but fun at the same and happy faces and happier tummies were such a reward. Beautiful people in and out, not once did we or the team feel not being a part of their extended family.

House warming or “Grih Pravesh” for the new love Nest of these two cutie love birds Reena and Ajay was such a beautiful confluence of two cultures from Southern Indian & Northern India, much as the movie ”Two States” Reena is a born Tamil and Ajay a born Punjabi😊
Both are über cute and madly in love with each other, which radiates in every nook n corner of their new love nest.
Both wanted to serve their guests a five course sit down lunch, lovingly served with patience in a typical Sadya manner. So much, Reena was particular to have a very ethnic decor using all auspicious elements like mango leaf toran, banana trunks, brass lamps, marigolds and tons n tons of the fragrant Jasmine all around.

We had super fun doing up their pad in the wee hours of the morning and serving a scrumptious sadya lunch with southern n northern cusine.

“Grih Pravesh” or the spirit of the house dwelling in it. A house becomes a home when the residents of the house quell the spirits, purify the environment by reverberation of the mantras and the smoke emanating from the hawan. All the planetary deities are also pacified by Puja. The owner of the house and his family all sit together on an auspicious day and perform the devata Puja. Grah shanti Puja and the hawan to make the house habitable. This ritual is believed to ward off any bad spirits, negative energy that may be present in the house and bring peace, prosperity and good health for the inhabitants.

Holi Hangama!

Holi is our most favourite time of the year, a colourful ballad of love and emotions, of sharing and togetherness….the most perfect mélange of bonhomie.
And what better if you curate the magical experience for your favourite loyal clients Delhi Velvet Club and their members.
It was an exuberant experience full of rainbow colours and nostalgic déjà Vu feel for everyone, reminiscence of by gone childhood memories with chuski, old time candies n sweet treats, chana jor garam, paan, lip smacking chaat- right from Dilli6 to Varanasi to Mumbai, Mithu miyaan astrology, sugar cane juice, unending bar serving refreshing mimosas, sangrias.
Holi is incomplete without naach masti and of course gulal n phool.
Had soooo much fun curating, catering and executing this event.

Delhi winters are a charmer for perfect Picnic stories.
This one for celebrating our clients birthday, a perfect Picnic party for his family n friends.
A perfect dreamy boho setup with street food carts from different cultural cities, whipping up a day full of nostalgia from childhood memories, be it Ganne ka juice, popcorn, candy floss, bhutte, Victoria bada, Puchka, pav bhaji, jhal muri, daulat ki chaat…anything you fancy and crave and it was there…and certainly a well stocked bar serving mimosa to beertini’s, to everything in between to keep the siesta spirts rolling.
We certainly are doing something right as this catering was for food honcho family “Bikanervala” and yay we passed with flying colors as each and every guest raves about the food.

They approached us from Dublin, which is where they stay. They were married during the Covid Pandemic, with travel restrictions they could not have their family n friends over so with better times they traveled here back home to celebrate their togetherness with their loved ones here.
Our interaction and event detailing happened only over zoom calls.
Mansi, Manas’s sister helped them as backend team here.
Grace n Manas are both travel freaks travelled over 47 cities and 28 countries together during their courtship. All they had to share with their loved ones was their travel stories and hence they wanted their party to look like their travel dairy.
Even the food menu had accents from their favourite cusines from world over, we had a great time designing and serving the same.
Each of their return favours too were personally handwritten to say thanks in 40 different languages💕

Super proud to have styled and fabricated yesterday’s evening for EO Gurgaon hosting Karan Johar and Suhel Seth for a learning programme for their members.

It was a super exciting event for the team… Working and planning for almost a week to rush our creative genes to come up with unique ideas to impress the perfectionist Mr Johar(who is certainly not easy to please😊) .
We had great fun designing the setup, especially doing up a take on the Koffee with Karan rapid fire game.
10 different tables identified by Karan’s 10 movies had the movie installations as the centre piece. Was great to have created the entire Box Office look for the event.

A complete month of planning and designing the set production for the Gala Annual Diwali theme party for Delhi Velvet Club last night, right from the venue hunt to the theme to decor, technology, sound, light, entertainment, florals, linen, security, site transformation, from minutest to grandest of the details…well as they say “God is in details” burned mid night oil to see the labour of love emerge to a grand show, truss structure covering the entire play event area, A gigantic 60*60 ft and further up a 50*30 structure filled with MI bars and all forms of lights to announce the Diwali Celebrations.
So glad the conveners choose a totally different theme than the (done to death) traditional festive musings and trusted us to create a perfect club vibe exclusive to the members.
Certainly it was a night to remember for times to come.
Nuit- White Night, like a blank white canvas, anxious to become beautiful in a melange of hues and tints. Creating a story which can only be witnessed and experienced in real time.

Loved styling and catering a lavish hi tea and dinner for our clients celebrating the festivities with warm hearts singing praises to Lord Hanuman known to ward off all difficult times.

Pink n Green looked super clean and lend to the right festive mood. Seasonal flowers add such a pop of brightness, love using the local blooms.
