"नेशनल एबिलिटी अवार्ड्स" द्वारा राष्ट्र के कई संगठनो और व्यक्ति विशेष को पुरस्कृत किया गया।

इंडिया इंटरनेशनल सेंटर, नई दिल्ली में नेशनल एबिलिटी अवॉर्ड्स द्वारा "एक्सीलेंस इन ट्रेनिंग अवॉर्ड एंड कांक्लेव- 2022" समारोह का आयोजन किया गया।

"नेशनल एबिलिटी अवार्ड्स" समारोह में सभी क्षेत्रों से सी एचआर ओ, मानव संसाधन प्रमुखों, कंपनी के मालिकों, सी ई ओ, सी ओ ओ, कॉर्पोरेट प्रशिक्षकों, खेल प्रशिक्षकों, संस्थागत प्रशिक्षकों और संगठनों ने बढ़ चढ़कर हिस्सा लेते हुए अपने उद्योग और कार्यों की प्रविष्टि दर्ज कराई। जिसको की नेशनल एबिलिटी अवार्ड की जांच समिति ने मूल्यांकित किया वह सर्वश्रेष्ठ उद्योगों और प्रतिभावान लोगों को सम्मानित किया।

कार्यक्रम में विशिष्ट अतिथि श्री अश्विनी कुमार प्रो वीसी दिल्ली टेक्निकल यूनिवर्सिटी फॉर वूमेन रहे।
कार्यक्रम में "द रोल ऑफ कॉर्पोरेट ट्रेनिंग" विषय पर चर्चा भी की गई जिसमें डॉ राकेश खानडाल पूर्व यूपीटीयू वी सी, श्री पी एस राठौर सी ई ओ एनी टाइम क्लासेस, श्री अलोप मित्तल पूर्व सलाहकार विक्की, कर्नल राजपाल सिंह डायरेक्टर जनरल सी एस आर आई, श्रीमती करुणा अहूजा डायरेक्टर एचआर अर्जेंटब्राइट होल्डिंग्स, श्री चंदन सेनगुप्ता ओनर सन एचआर सॉल्यूशंस ने ह्यूमन रिसोर्स व ट्रेनिंग जैसे अहम मुद्दों पर अपने विचार रखे व करम्चारियों के उत्थान पर भी काफी जोर डाला।

नेशनल एबिलिटी अवॉर्ड्स के संस्थापक गौरव स्वामी ने बताया की यह पुरस्कार प्रशिक्षण और विकास के क्षेत्र में देश के बेहतरीन संगठनों और व्यक्तियों द्वारा दिखाए गए दृढ़ संकल्प, महत्वाकांक्षा और उत्कृष्टता को पहचानने और पुरस्कृत करने पर केंद्रित था।
नेशनल एबिलिटी अवॉर्ड्स विभिन्न पुरस्कार कार्यक्रमों, पैनल चर्चा और प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण और विकास के क्षेत्र में संगठन द्वारा अपनाई गई सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं के बारे में जागरूकता पैदा करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
