MALLARI IN Bharatanatyam is performed as an invocation item in a Bharatanatyam repertoire. It is of pure nritha format. Most of the mallaris are started with madhyama kalam. After that the speed is changed to the vilamba kalam.

🌿 Recently, on March 30th, 2024, Shadja Foundation organized "Chetna: A Baithak on Consciousness."
The event featured enlightening talks by Yoga & Kathak Exponent Guru Nisha Mahajan, who shared valuable insights with children and parents, enriching their understanding.
The saplings of the Institute also presented their artistic journey, showcasing their talent and creativity.
Founder Director Guru Arunava Chanda shared his thoughts, further enlightening the students and fostering a deeper connection with consciousness.
The Co Founder Artistic Director Guru Emeli Munshi Chanda concluded the session with these insights that learning to dance with consciousness is not just about learning a new skill; it's about learning to live life more fully. It's about embracing our true selves and expressing our deepest emotions. So let us all strive to be more conscious in our choices and actions, and dance through life with grace and purpose.
