So, here we go...
Ingredients:
• 250 gm potato
• 500 gm cauliflower
• 20 gm ginger
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon dry pomegranate seeds – 1 tsp
• 1 cup tomato puree
• 2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoon coriander powder
• 2 teaspoon onion
• 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
• 2 teaspoon fresh pomegranate seeds
How to make it...
1. Cauliflower & Potato Prep: Grab your cauliflower and potatoes. Give them a good wash, then cut the cauliflower into florets and the potato in finger shape.
2. Fry it Up: Warm up some oil in a pan. Fry potato and cauliflower – toss them in!
Give them a nice fry, and then keep them aside.
3 Sauté Time: Get your pan hot; add oil and onions. Stir until golden brown. Next, add your other ingredients. Cook until the oil starts to separate. Now, it's time for the cauliflower and potatoes. Add them in, and let everything cook until the oil separates again. There you go, a delicious dish ready for the final step!
4. Spice It Up: Bring in the chopped tomatoes and all the above spices. Stir it up and let it cook under cover for about 10 minutes.
5. Final Touch: Check if the veggies are cooked to perfection. If they are, it's time for the grand finale! Sprinkle a bit of lemon juice and ginger juliennes, mix it all up, and garnish with some fresh cilantro leaves and juicy pomegranate seeds.
