Wedding Day

Wedding was done at Gurudwara and we managed :

▪︎Make up for the day , starting 5AM
▪︎Logistics from hotel to Gurudwara
▪︎Baraat - Due to fix & auspicious timing , guests were supposed to assemble for Baraat by 8:45 AM & enter Gurudwara by 10 am and host was super happy that we managed things so efficiently ...we were there before time.
▪︎Wedding Stationary - Designed cards for Anand Kaaraj & hamper cards
▪︎Timely ex*****on of arrangements at Gurudwara.

Wedding Day ceremony at Gurudwara :

We managed all the arrangements which included :

Make up : Bookings done in advance & started with make ups at 5 AM

Logistics : Transfer from Hotel to Gurudwara for Anand Kaaraj & wedding ceremony

Baraat Management : All the guests were supposed to assemble at 8:45 am for Baraat & enter Gurudwara at 10 am .
Hosts were super happy that we managed to reach gate by 9:55 AM after all fun & Masti

Stationary : Got Anand Kaaraj cards designed and printed for guests to understand the ceremony

Catering & Decor : Made sure for timely ex*****on of everything and coordination between Gurudwara facilities and vendors .

We recently did a Complete Wedding Planning for an NRI family and there were people from across the globe be it Switzerland , Dubai , UK , US and the list is long.

It was a two months long project in which we had to manage

●Airport transfers
●To & Fro transport management for multiple venues
●Make up bookings
●Decor consultany
●Understanding client's needs , stories , color palette for decor
●Baraat management
●Entertainment services
●Hospitality desk at the venue
●Vendor management

Woooaah ! Paw Patrol theme done for Reyaan who turned 5 🐾🐾

Check out the khoi bag stand - created by Colors ..where kids dont fight & cry , but stand in queue , blind folded when their turn comes and pick goodies from stand till count of 8-10 and you should see excitement on their faces ...excitement , happy faces & lot of goodies ..whats else does parents & kids want ! 😁😍

There were many activities in this birthday like :
