It's been almost two years since we started Swati's Kitchen as a home based catering service.
After months of planning and effort,we are finally opening our first little restaurant 'Chai Shai'.

Lots of laddoos being made for orders for Naga Panchami.
In this picture - Boondi laddoo,Sev laddoo and Shenga laddoo.All the laddoos are freshly made with jaggery. Yum!

Gond ke laddoo or Antina unde,freshly made from dry fruits,edible gum,dry coconut and jaggery.

We are making Jalebi with Rabdi for an order today.Crispy hot Jalebi made in Ghee with thick creamy Rabdi.
Seems like a perfect dessert in this weather. :)
