Very Tempting receipe. Wish to try

COCONUT CAKE RECIPE

Ingredients
125g of margarine
½ cup vegetable oil
1½ cup sugar
3½ cup cake flour
1 cup desiccated coconut
6 egg white
1½ cup coconut milk
½ cup buttermilk
1½ teaspoon coconut flavour
3 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt

Procedure
👉 Cream the margarine,oil and sugar until smooth,bea in the coconut flavour and egg white 2 minutes until fluffy.
👉Add in the coconut milk and Buttermilk until is well combined
👉lastly sieve in the flour, baking soda,salt dessicated coconut and combined together

Preheat you oven
Grease your baking pan and share into 3 size 6 pan

Bake until you insert a skewer and it comes out clean

Mother's Day memories

Mother's Day on May 111h 2008, has been a day of eternal recollection for me that sets me into a Nostalgia with the sweet memory of my Mother's love, passion & emotion for flowers.

To preserve that memory always alive, I deep dived with my interest to understand how I can prolong the life of a withering flower which was received as a happy gesture by my Mom from her adorable daughters. This very thought moved me to do something that I cherish every moment today!

This moment that matters, moved me to devote my time to research and experiment with various methodologies to retain true characteristics of flowers for years. It took 8 long years of dedicated time to sail through this productive journey in laboratory which is into 'freeze drying process using Floral Lyophilizer,' an unexplored research subject in our country.

The final result was an unbelievable output to me, to find Real processed Flowers with its true characteristics still kept intact despite the age of the flower.

Today, I am able to reach out to people & societies to educate and address the desire to preserve sentimental flowers as a "Fragrance of Memory", through my self-owned company called Lyo Florals.

I dedicate this passionate Innovation to my Mother in all Gratitude for blessing me with this Vision!

Thank you always Mummy, you will be like my Lylo Flowers always Fresh and Beautiful in my memory!
