The inception of Emerald Function Hall and Emerald caterers was inculcated on the behest of like-minded Hyderabadi’s to exercise, protect and preserve the hundreds of years old Hyderabadi traditions, ethics and ethnic of its culture and recipes of delicious tang and taste
To protect, preserve and prosper its delicious food with ethics and
ethnics, a meeting of like-minded community members was held under the consecrated patronage of Her Excellency Moughal Princess Laila Ummahani (the great grand-daughter of erstwhile Emperor of Delhi) Bhadur Shah Zaffar on January 10th January 2010 in Hyderabad
The measures to protect and preserved the unique ethic and ethnic of Hyderabadi culture were discussed and observed that due to migration of people from different corners of the country and rapid inequitable developments were ruining the true Ganga Jamni Tahzeeb (cultural harmony ) of all communities, to safeguard the culture and unique Royal cosine recipe’s, it was felt that the immense need of the hour is to establish Function Halls supported by the Catering technology units to preserve its authentic cuisine of delicacy
On August 15th 2010, The Tucy’s Integral Society (Registered) came forward and rose to the grave changes and established Emerald Function Hall supported by Emerald Caterers, in the vicinity and Heart of Hyderabad of city. The Emerald Caterers are serving its idiosyncratic cuisines which were approved by the erstwhile king HEH the Nizam of Hyderabad and the emperor of Delhi’s private Royal’s kitchen of His Highness and now it is served to the customers of twin cities of Hyderabad and Seconderabad with superb culinary glee. Our specialty in the unique culinary temptation is Dampooq, Muqdaab, Muzabzab, Tov tuk Myain Tuk, with enticement of Turkish, Uzbeki (Tashkent) Tajikistani, Arabian, Afghani, Irani, Moughlai, Mauricio’s, Maalvi, Duccani, Bangladeshi and all Aqsam ul Behri (Sea food) Biryanis. Our professional expertise team consist of scores of experienced chef’s and cooks who has had given the opportunity to performed and served once, had attracted and obliged our services for all their forthcoming functions without any further mentor. It is proved to be preeminent due to our excellent and outstanding customer services rendered in the Emerald Function Hall as well as the outside the premises during the past six years
