It was 2002 when Mantaz was first conceptualized by Shrimati Mamata Sarkar and Shri Sumanta Sarkar. Very soon some like-minded, distinguished personalities of the society not only extended their hands of co-operation to Mantaz, but, they seriously thought of giving a definite shape to it also. eet Academy started its journey on 16th of march, 2004. Since its formation Mantaz has dedicated itself for the promotion of art, culture and literature. Mantaz has successfully organized and participated in several programs in the past and has acted as a launch pad for budding talents from different strata of the society. The members of this organization consider it as a platform for exchanging their different ideologies on art, culture and literature - a platform, from where they will be able to offer a better experience from and for life. It aims to recreate people's mind by creating and presenting meaningful cultural and literary activities. Mantaz Sangeet Academy organizes regular concerts and recitals of Indian Classical Music and Dance. Its activities are varied and vast.
