Ltd., is an Activation, Event Management and Wedding Planning agency, having its Corporate Office in Dhakuria, Kolkata, is hereby looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of “Business Development Manager” to join immediately (Latest by First Week of May, 2024). Interested candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, relevant experience in the event management industry or business development profile, strong organizational and time management skills can apply, refer the below details…

Job Type: Full-Time | 10.30 am - 07:00 pm |
Location: Dhansiri Apartment, Ground Floor, 1/5, Sahid Nagar, Dhakuria, Kolkata, West Bengal
Monthly Remuneration: Up to INR. 40,000/-
Incentives: As per Mutual Discussion and at per with Industry Standard

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / PGDM degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communications / Event Management / Public Relations
1 year of relevant work experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Adequate knowledge of content development, corporate presentation, and SEO/SEM with proper knowledge in MS Office and other essential applications
Strong client network and contacts would be highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing result-driven strategies, multi-platform communications, comprehensive business development plan in line with corporate and target segments
· Expanding client network and establishing substantial business growth

· Creating and managing all marketing collaterals and implementing online and offline marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
· Market research and creating new business opportunities through various marketing activities
· Building and maintaining strong business relationship with new and existing clients through regular communications, understanding and ensuring timely solutions their evolving requirements
· Conduct in depth analysis of client requirements, prepare customized proposals and presentations accordingly to convert demands into business contracts
· Liaising with cross functional teams to ensure proper ex*****on of proposed activities, events as per plan by meeting client’s expectations
· Project marketing and sponsorship management
· Business generation through E-Tendering and Physical Tendering (Proper Guidance will be provided)
· Preparation of timely reports on business development activities and conducting team meetings as and when required

· Continuously upgrading own self to be ready with evolving industry trends, cutting edge technologies, smart presentations, effective collaborations and developing effective team to meet the desire result and growth

· We want our team members to work efficiently to meet up the requirements and deadline. Some demands may require to work on Sundays or Holidays or may be extended hours – On our part we ensure our team members can have 6 days off a month to have the proper Work – Life Balance

· Some issues may be required to be addressed on urgent basis and that too on late hours – On our part we are having a mechanism not to involve more than a team member to address such situations on rotation. We are always respectful to team members privacy on holidays and after office hours, henceforth such occasional happenings are exceptions only

· Our team members basic duty is to ensure their best efforts behind a project – On our part we are committed to credit their remuneration and related expenses within the 7th Day of every subsequent month irrespective of payment status from the client

· Some projects may need the team to indulge in multi tasking – No worries, we are always there to expand a helping hand as and when required as a team

· We understand, its not humanly possible to know everything – Just be smart enough to make things functional with all your expertise, as we always believe in the unity and core strength of the team

· In operation Since 2013 with excellent client retention percentage of over 95%, thanks to our incredible team members
