tually creating it .An adept planner will help you make the right decision, for every part of the wedding - whether in choosing the right caterers or suitable flowers. Our role as a Planner is to help and guide you through the different options available, take care of all the details and take the pressure out of the planning for you. We have a network of vendors giving you access to quality, reliable service providers. We will become the one point of contact to talk to, instead of you dealing with individual suppliers. We believe it is important to feel comfortable around the people you share your personal wishes with. When you deal with us, you are dealing with the owners directly. We are not reserved ONLY for the rich. Be it Big or small we make sure that the budget is kept in control, suggesting areas where you can get more value for money and where you can curb your expenditure. FAQ's about a wedding event!
-Why do I need a wedding planner? A Wedding Planner is hired for the simple reason that they know the ins and outs of weddings -- the etiquette, the right people to work with, and the ways to manage within any budget. Wedding Planners are being used more to help Parents and the couples to save time, money and considerable stress preparing for the single most important day of their lives.
-How much do your wedding planning services cost - how much would I have to pay to have a wedding organised through you? We charge a fee of 10% for our service, however this is offset by the costs savings you will receive from the special rates offered exclusively to us by our vendors and suppliers. Hiring us does not necessarily cost you more than your planned budget.
-Do you plan and arrange other functions? The services of wedding coordinators are also frequently used in the planning of other social events such as anniversaries, engagement parties,birthdays, graduation celebrations and other corporate functions. We have our own selected Chefs/Housewives who are specialists in continental cuisine, salads and desserts for such functions.
-Do you also organize pre and post ceremony celebrations? AYA is happy to handle all of the celebrations surrounding your wedding - before, during and after your wedding day.
-When is a good time to start planning for a wedding? Ideally you should begin planning for your wedding 4 to 8 months ahead of the event. Popular wedding services, venues and suppliers require to be booked well in advance. However we recognize that this may not always be the case for whatever reason.
-How much time do you require to plan and coordinate a wedding? You would need to begin discussing your needs with us at least 4-6 months in advance. Once you have decided that AYA can help, we require you to book our services at least 4 months prior to the wedding date to ensure that we are available and have enough time to plan and execute your wedding to match or exceed your expectations on the day.
-Could you do a part of the wedding?- I have made my own arrangements for the reception, florist, caterers etc. We prefer to work with our select partners and suppliers and coordinate the entire event. We have built an excellent working relationship with our partners over time and guarantee the quality of their products and services. However, we understand that you may have a preferred choice of service provider, such as a hairstylist or florist and we are happy to respect your wishes on a case to case basis.
