Food Xpress A Chef Driven Mangalorean Food Truck... 'cause that's how we roll. Curry up and Rice to the occasion as we roll through the streets of Mangalore.

From classic Mangalorean staples such as Ghee Roast, Sukka, Pulimunchi and Pork Bafat to more unusual delicacies not found in restaurants, they all bear the trademark stamp of authentic cookery made from a family recipe. Our aim is to make it accessible to all, so the instructions are simple-just show up at the truck and conjure up the exciting flavours-be they subtle and aromatic or full-bodied and piquant - of Mangalorean food, this is the only place you need visit.
