The Atharva School of Drama and Performing Arts (ASDPA) is a new venture of the Atharva Group of Institutes at the Atharva Education Trust (AET) complex. The college has started Full time and Part time Certificate courses (6 Month duration) in Drama & Performing Arts. The courses would allow students to experience the art of acting, directing and theatre technique. The ASDPA aims to produce versat

ile and competent theatre performers at the highest level. The focus of the programme is on practical exposure, which allows students to develop a complete understanding of theatre and drama. The students would also be encouraged to understand creative processes, organizational and administrative aspects as well as the marketing of theatre arts. During the course, the students would be encouraged to explore the social, historical and cultural contexts of drama by utilizing the world class infrastructure of the AET.
