Responsibilities

Cold Calling on the Data provided
Generating new leads & clientele for the company
Building new clients & expanding existing clientele
Ensure delivery of committed deliverables. Capable of meeting tight deadlines and assigned targets. Reporting & follow-up with Clients.
Brainstorming with the team and making proposals as per the client requirement

Strong coordination with Design and Production team to execute glitch-free events

Post-event formalities like sending reports, feedback, and testimonials from clients, closing the event

Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 yrs. in event management
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma/HSC
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong follow-ups
Well-groomed & disciplined.

Executive - Client Servicing and Business Development

Industry: Events, Exhibition & Conferences

Accountability:
1. Cold calling for acquiring new customers and conducting market research for understanding new potentials of business development
2. Generate business from existing clients
3. Working closely on the creative to be delivered, preparing quotations for the work negotiating with the suppliers and vendors and impeccable monitoring of the project to make sure that costs stay within budgets, form the main areas of responsibility.
4. Timely submission of quotations & ensuring timely PO's
5. Ensuring smooth ex*****on of events & handling clients queries
6. Payment follow-up with clients & focus on reducing the TAT for payments from the assigned clientele.
7. Cross functional coordination within the team.
