`The Blue Donkies Jam` aims to provide a platform to established and upcoming artists / performers / bands to perform their original music in front of a peppy and enthusiastic audience at the heart of the city. Do you eat-drink-breathe music? Does your band compose the best every musical renditions? All you need is a suitable
platform with the audience which appreciates new talent. So if you’re writing, you’re rehearsing but have nowhere to PERFORM in front of a live audience; get out of the basement and on to the Stage !!!! Whether you are a band or a solo artist, we invite you to perform your original music on `The Blue Donkies Jam`. The first ever plan you should be at, play your own compositions; every week; LIVE
Bands / Artists / Musicians of all styles and skill levels can showcase their talent. So send in samples of your work at [email protected]
Do’s and Do Not’s
• Please send in your Audio OR Video samples as attachments or links at the fore mentioned email address only;
• Bands / Performers can send as many samples / links as they wish;
• At least one original sample per nomination is must;
• Do send your band’s profile, links, along with the band logo. This information will be used for promotional purposes in case the Band / Performer is shortlisted;
• The Selection committee will decide on the shortlisted Bands / Performers;
• The Bands / Performers will be notified via email or telephone;
• The schedule and duration of the slot for which the Bands / Performers need to perform will be informed along with the confirmation email;
• The Bands / Performers can perform covers; however playing one original composition is mandatory;
• The organizers will provide for Drums, Guitar & Bass Amps and Microphones. However, the Bands/ Performers must carry their equipment and gear;
• Bands / Performers will be selected each week based on Audience Votes or Surveys conducted on Facebook;
• The Bands / Performers selected via Audience Votes / Surveys will get a chance to perform at a mega event, the details for which will be notified via email or telephone;
