3 days, 2 months in making, 1000+ guests, One word - GRAND.

From the first sketch of the stage to finally making it as high as 3 floors and as wide as a football field (1/3 of it actually), we only worked on one word brief - GRAND.

The SIS Annual Conference is one the flagship events of the and we are fortunate enough to have been entrusted by the brand and have curated and executed it for the 7th year now.

Indeed a roller coaster ride with exciting highs, this event was like a master class for each of us. A master class where we learnt what it takes to make it grand and how it feels when you make a grand event!

This event has reinforced our faith in systems, processes, people, breaking templates and making new ones!

Last month, we rolled out 14 films, 3.5 lakh sqft of branding, a light & sound experience, a kick-ass visual identity and related communication collaterals. Tired? A whopping 4.9 rating from the client’s team made it for all.

The pre-function area boasted a plush exhibition, setting the tone for sophistication.

Finally taking the guests to the grand stage where the project was brought to life through a harmonious play of lights and sound.

As the attendees were drawn in for the unveiling, the experience culminated with all the guests vibing with Sufi ki Sultana, .

Despite complexities and new terrains, we successfully executed India’s largest corporate campus quiz - Qriosity! for

The energy was through the roof, as the dynamic took over Qriosity 2023 Grand Finale as the Quizmaster.

6 cities, 15 campuses, 5 incredible days, 2000+ participants, and 48 mind-boggling rounds, with questions galore! It was a whirlwind of never-ending excitement! 😅

At Wishmakers, we build unique designs that are aligned with the brief, meets the brand objective and most importantly - is in line with the brand tonality.

Blending the elements of minimalism and a modernistic feel, we created a stall that represents Haldiram's new stores. The structure, lights, flooring, shelves, seating and overall look of the booth was curated in harmony with the legacy, objectives, and values of the brand.

The launch event of the Biodiversity report 2023 and 'The Green Cover' Book by on World nature conservation day was a symphony of sustainability and a celebration of nature’s beauty.

In an effort to conserve paper, potted plants in jute bags were designed as giveaways with a QR code to scan and download a copy of the reports.

We danced in harmony with nature, creating an unforgettable experience that resonates with our collective passion for our planet Earth.
