Airindia Worst Customer service.
Flight no. AI 104 on 27 Jan2023 was cancelled by the airline after completing the check in process.aftrr that ground staff at IAD airport leave from the airport without any further intimation to passengers.
After cancellation ground staff said to passengers that claim your full refund from your travel agency.
My question to AIRINDIA management is why you misguided passengers and duu to your negligence always passengers blame travel agents.
If the flight was not operated then it's your duty to cancel their check in from the system after that issuing agent will process the refund.
Neither your staff has sense to talk even they don't know the rules. Staff has no intimation about flight is operated or not and I called couple of times to AIRINDIA every time customer care executive said that we will arrange call back to you.
This is the reason even Indians are not willing to travel in their home country airlines and always prefer any other airlines.
Nowadays due to heavy rush in flights it's compulsion to opt for airindia. Ground reality is neither travel agents nor passengers liked airindia due to the worst service, staff behaviour, refund issues.
