Shreyaswa Events & More is looking for a Godown/Shop/Storage space for keeping its EVENT RELATED MATERIAL, on long term basis. The space should be on the ground floor and accessible easily from the road, as we have to load & unload material from Car/Tempo on regular basis. The space can also be an OUTHOUSE IN A BUNGALOW or similar.

*Preferred areas: Deccan, Erandwane, Karvenagar.*

We as Event guys come across interesting demands from various clients. These demands are sometimes sweet and sometimes outright hilarious. But sometimes the demand is such that we take a pause, put our entire team's think tanks to work and explore the possibility of bring the demand to reality.

TEAM SHREYASWA came across one such demand. Occassion was the birthday of a cute 5 year old princess. And believe it or not, she was a huge fan of HARRY POTTER!!! And the demand was that she wanted her birthday's theme to be THE WORLD OF HARRY POTTER. This unusual request was put before our team. We did a lot of research in Pune, but came to know that NO ONE HAD THE RESOURCES OR EVEN ATTEMPTED this theme on such a large scale.

This is when we decided, WE ARE DOING IT!!! And the team zeroed down of the things that had to be done, gathered the material, designed the setup and prepared for the final step..... And we did what we always do!!! WE DELIVERED WHAT WE PROMISED. And that too, TO THE TEE!! Be it gifts in the form of WANDS, HOUSE BADGES, etc. for the children who were attending; SPECIAL HARRY POTTER THEMED PHOTO BOOTH; Various fun activities like BALLOON SHOOTING, JUMPING JACK, TATTOO CORNER, NAIL ART, MAGIC SHOW for the kids & adults alike. But the signature attraction was & always will be THE DECORATION completed with a BRICK WALL ENTRANCE, MAGICAL COOL FIRE ENTRY FOR THE BIRTHDAY GIRL, HOGWARTS CASTLE AS THE BACKDROP & HOGWARTS EXPRESS ACCOMPANYING IT.

And when the client told us that we had executed her vision to perfection, that is when we felt that our motto was fulfilled!!! YOU IMAGINE, WE TURN IT INTO REALITY!!!

We are planning to organise an EXHIBITION CUM DANDIYA EVENT on 30 Sep, 1 Oct & 2 Oct, in Pune. We are looking for the following:

1) Venue suggestions for large crowds (2000+)

2) Collaborators (willing to tie-up for this event)

4) Business Owners willing to set up stalls in the exhibition (Around 100 stalls up for grabs)

5) Full Day Food stalls for exhibition as well as Dandiya. (15 food stalls available)
