Thane Super Moms celebrated International Women's Day on March 11, 2023, with great zeal and enthusiasm. The group was formed by Vilma Adsul in 2014; now 9600 women from Thane are part of it.

The celebration started with a soulful rendition of Ganesh Vandana by Sujata Jaywant. Priti Ar**ha hosted the event with great finesse, keeping the audience engaged throughout the program.

The core members of Thane Super Moms, Priti Doke of Paaksiddhi Cooking classes and Supriya Mishra of Shubharambh catering, played a crucial role in making the event a grand success. They helped in organizing the event and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

The highlight of the celebration was the beauty contest, where Sonali Pankaj was declared the winner and Swapna Maschio the runner-up. The 40+ Walk contest saw Supriya Mishra emerge as the winner, while Mildred Patel and Priyanka De Rout were declared runners-up. Priti Doke was awarded the Entrepreneur Award, with Rani Mokashi being declared the runner-up.

Apart from the contests, the celebration had many games, spot prizes, and a dance performance by the girls to the DJ's music. The fun-filled evening was enjoyed by all, and the dinner served was relished by everyone. The event culminated with goodie bags being distributed to all attendees.

Thane Super Moms has been doing remarkable work in bringing women from Thane together, and this celebration was another testament to their commitment towards empowering women. The celebration was a perfect tribute to all the women who have made significant contributions to society and a reminder of the importance of women's empowerment.
