DJ Trygg was born in Reykjavik, Iceland and moved at a young age to Milwaukee, WI during a groundbreaking time in the Detroit-Techno and Chicago-House music scene. During that wonderful time for dance music, with underground raves and warehouse parties happening frequently, he gravitated towards the decks right away. Earliest influences were Prodigy and The Chemical brothers. Combined with his exp
eriences from Iceland and over 20 years on the scene, has helped shape Trygg's style and love for house and techno. He has been a DJ, promoter, bartender and VJ many times, one of his crowning achievements being to help bring Ministry of Sound there for the 1st time and being the helpless victim in the center of a scandalous front page rumor to bring Eminem to Iceland (Another 1st!) Currently living in Cologne, Germany and available for private parties and events.
